I left the British Army in 1992 after 11 years of serving our country to become a financial adviser, where I joined a direct life office. Following a successful career as an adviser I progressed into management, however missed the direct face to face relationship with my clients. Then in the year 2000 I progressed to set up my own IFA practice and in 2006 moved to become a founder shareholding member of a national financial advice network.
I follow most sport, however I have a passion for rugby in particular. I play a little squash and some golf. I continue to support the Army as a friend and make small donations that allow them to award trophies and medals for sporting achievements to the sportsman of our local regiment as a gesture of my appreciation to them helping me to become an upright and trustworthy person and for all the hard work they continue to do for us.
